THe University of Rochester

Today Chris got to show us her college, The University of Rochester. However, we started the day with a wonderful Holiday Inn breakfast. There was an omelet bar! After Kim and Logan opted to stay at the hotel, Chris took us off to meet her college roommate and friend, Donna and her husband Kevin. We talked with them, and decided to meet up again for dinner in the evening. Then Chris took us to see the College she went to. The University of Rochester is very, very beautiful. Chris showed us the Library, which was my favorite part. It had so many books, and was full of beautiful art and sculptures. After walking around the campus, we went back to the car and drove by Chris’ old apartment and Mike’s medical building (he also went to college the UofR). Then we went back to the hotel for a swim in the pool, which was very fun. After showering, we went out to dinner with Donna and Kevin, at a place called the Distillery. The burgers were delicious! We sadly said goodbye to them, and set off for Chris’ other friends house, Anita. When we got there, she had fresh brownies made for us. They were delicious. Anita and Ray (her husband) were incredibly nice. It was a great day, meeting some of Chris’ friends and seeing her college. Rochester Rocks!
