Jersey Shore

Today we woke up and went back into Philly to see the Liberty Bell. It was really cool, and we got there early enough so the line was very short. We also got to see Benjamin Franklin’s grave, which was very beautiful. Another weird thing we saw was a lady playing the glass harmonica, which Benjamin Franklin invented. It is a long piece of cork going through various sizes of glasses. It was a beautiful instrument, and it sounded wonderful. The lady who was playing it was blind, but she was so good she even played the Star Wars Theme Song! Then we left Philadelphia and drove to the Jersey shore. We spent the afternoon at the beach in a town called Neptune City. The boys had a blast at the beach! Then we drove straight on to Nana’s house. We didn’t get there till 1:30 in the morning! We were all exhausted, and went straight to bed.
