Celebration for Myles

This past week we stayed with my grandma (Nana) who lives outside of New York City. She doesn't have high speed Internet, so it was difficult for me to update the blog. I will try to catch up ASAP.

since we arrived at Nana's so late yesterday, we were all exhausted. We just spent the day at home, relaxing and being lazy. However, when dinner time rolled around we decided to go out for Chinese food, at Chris' families traditional celebratory restaurant. We went there to celebrate Myles graduating from sixth grade. Myles is not a huge fan of Chinese food, but he agreed to go to The Ocean Empire, because it is a special place to Chris, Kim, and Nana. While we were there, the waiter came up to Myles and asked, "Do you play Pokemon?" Myles, of course, said yes, and the waiter took out his DS and asked Myles for help getting past a certain part in the game. For the rest of dinner, Myles was helping the waiter to defeat his Pokemon game, Pearl. Myles had a lot of fun, but for the rest of us, it was a little weird.
